The BigRoad team spent last week in Mississauga, Ontario for Truck World 2016 – Canada’s National Truck Show! Known as the meeting place for Canadian trucking, transportation, supply chain, distribution, and logistics, Truck World brought together thousands of trucking enthusiasts…and BigRoad was excited to be part of the action!
In early February, Transport Canada announced that Canada will follow a similar legislation to the FMCSA ELD mandate that passed in the United States last year. To date, there has been limited information released about the proposed “Canadian ELD mandate”. However, many Canadian trucking associations have publicly expressed their support of ELDs – and for good reason!
