During the 72-hour inspection blitz, over 75,000 inspections will be conducted across North America. Every year inspectors focus on a different area of the vehicle. Every year the Commercial Vehicle Safety Alliance (CVSA) holds a 3-day safety blitz known as the International Roadcheck program. International Roadcheck will be taking place from
June 7-9, 2016. It is expected that over 10,000 CVSA-certified inspectors will perform upwards of 65,000 roadside inspections. A special emphasis is placed on a different violation category every year. This year – they’re focusing on tire safety including tire pressure, tread, and condition.
