Update on COVID-19 Emergency Declaration

As you know, the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) issued a national Emergency Declaration for Commercial Motor Vehicles (CMVs) delivering relief in response to the COVID-19  outbreak on March 13th, 2020.

Details on FMCSA Suspension of HOS Due to COVID-19 Outbreak

The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) issued an Emergency Declaration on March 13, 2020 suspending Parts 390 through 399 of Title 49 Code of Federal Regulations. This Declaration includes the Federal Hours of Service (HOS) regulations.
