What Version of BigRoad are you Using?

upgrade.jpgThis is the question that usually precedes many of the issues our customer support team comes across daily. Often, the simplest solution is the route of the problem. A dated app will inhibit the system’s optimal functionality.

BigRoad is not exclusive to the age old problem of ‘Functionality vs. App version’. They are one in the same. Any software whether it be on your mobile device, laptop or tablet will have updates. Our product development team work to make BigRoad and DashLink function as seamlessly as possible.

Software updates provide new features, important product enhancements, and improved functionality. Yes, BigRoad users we are listening! In terms of product enhancements, you may find updates that include new rule sets, additional log features, DVIR enhancements, etc.

The good news is updating the app is an easy fix and not time-consuming. Yes, updating the app is “another thing” you have to worry about, but it ensures you get the most out of the latest features and enhancements.

This a small step to keeping you on the road and the administrative part of day headache free. Keeping BigRoad up-to-date allows us to continue making your electronic logs that much easier and worry-free.
